A. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI
  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), available only for select pin codes

For high-value orders or customized products, we reserve the right to request a partial advance payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders prior to processing.

B. Shipping Policy

All products are handmade and made to order.

  1. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays
  2. Estimated delivery timelines range between 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.
  3. For Delhi NCR, standard delivery generally takes 2–3 business days.

Same-Day Delivery:
Customers may opt for same-day delivery via Porter. Applicable Porter charges will be borne by the customer and must be paid directly.
