Return & Exchange Policy
As all products are handmade and manufactured on a made-to-order basis, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product has been damaged during transit, or
- An incorrect product has been delivered
To report an issue or request an exchange, customers must:
- Contact us at customercare@vibesroute.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear unboxing video and photographic evidence of the issue
Requests submitted after the stated timeframe or without the required documentation may not be eligible for review.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered production or processing.
Cancellation requests received after this period or once the order has begun processing will not be accepted, as all products are made to order.
